I started my craft peeling onions as a commis chef in a small family run restaurant in Bradford, West Yorkshire. With my passion for food growing, I spent the next few years fine tuning my culinary skills in various restaurants throughout Yorkshire under the guidance and tuition of a multitude of inspiring Chefs

Having worked with some fantastic local chefs over the years gaining knowledge I started my own business in 2013 producing and selling flavoured mayonnaise products at farmers markets and food festivals. With the product range growing I showcased my products in a stand at the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham.

Recently I was the Head Chef at The New Inn Cropton, just outside Pickering. Attached to The Great Yorkshire Brewery famous for its great beers.

So with over 15 years experience I’m finally putting my cooking skills to use in my very own Taylor Made Kitchen !

Based out of the seaside town of Scarborough, The Taylor Made Kitchen aims to offer a range of tasty products to suit all needs. Using locally sourced ingredients we aim to serve great food from farm to fork!

I’ve  nurtured this idea into bespoke  menus for all types of events, from food festivals to weddings and many more in between.

The food truck revolution is becoming an ever popular trend to sweep the nation, my aim is to find, cook and serve the finest local produce to the good people of Yorkshire from my Taylor Made food Truck.
