We Make The Best Ice Cream
Or so we are told ! We use only free range eggs from Browns at Redcliffe Farm , whole jersey cows gold top milk , and extra thick double cream just to make it that extra bit creamier.
All our flavours come from natural ingredients , sourcing locally as much as possible. (keep your eyes peeled for our blackberry flavoured ice cream using blackberrys from our own garden ! It doesn’t get more local than that )
We’ve tried and tested many variations of our ice cream recipe, searching for the right combination of a creamy taste and a soft chewy texture and we have been told that the finished product is perfect !
